We need development talent to join us and help us build lovely websites.

You should be enthusiastic, knowledgable about developing in Drupal (Views, CCK, Blocks etc.) and be able to write custom modules effectively, with a sound understanding of core api functions such as nodeapi, form api, blocks, user access, users etc.

PHP, MySQL , jQuery / JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT would be nice too.

Oh yes, Photoshop, Flash, SVN, Sourcetree / Mercurial as well.
